The Hamrah Institute is a philanthropic and educational center based on the principles of Islamic spirituality and scholarship.  Our institute is concerned about humanity’s well-being and strives to serve humankind through education and charitable endeavors. Our mission, guided by the Islamic principles of love and service, is to give a portion of our resources to those in need. At the Hamrah Institute, charity is not limited to only monetary giving, but it also entails giving your time, spreading kindness, love, and mercy, and teaching wisdom and knowledge. Thus, the primordial ideals of love, honesty, trust, and respect guide our actions, and we strive to create a welcoming and spiritual environment for all. Our organization includes a school that provides educational opportunities and empowers individuals to improve their lives and the lives of those around them. We promote interfaith dialogue, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence.
